Our Energise Me Green Smoothie, created with Elo Wellbeing for our Nourish You series, is designed to fuel you for whatever the day (or your kids) throws at you. It’s a creamy blend of spinach, zucchini, banana, and nut butter, with protein to keep you feeling full and energised. Perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast, a mid-afternoon recharge, or ticking off your greens before a dinner of chicken nuggets and chips.

And the best part? It takes just minutes to make.

Ingredients

1 cup baby spinach

½ frozen banana

½ cup frozen zucchini

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 serve vanilla protein powder

1 cup nut milk (almond, coconut, soy, etc.)

½ cup water

1 tsp matcha powder (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Adjust with extra water or milk to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Pour, sip, and fuel your day.

Tip:

For a nut-free version, swap peanut butter for tahini and use a nut-free milk like oat or soy.
