1. What makes your playmats organic?
Our playmats are crafted from 100% certified organic linen & 100% organic GOTS certified cotton, free from synthetic materials, pesticides, and harmful chemicals—ensuring a pure and natural space for your little one.

2. Are your playmats safe for newborns?
Our organic linen playmats are designed with delicate skin in mind. They are free from harsh dyes and toxic treatments, making them a safe and gentle choice for newborns and toddlers alike.

3. Why choose linen over other materials?
Linen is naturally breathable, hypoallergenic, and incredibly durable. It softens with every wash, wicks away moisture, and is more eco-friendly than cotton, requiring less water and fewer pesticides to produce.

4. How do I clean my playmat?
Our playmats are machine washable for easy care. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then lay flat to air dry. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to maintain the fabric’s integrity. For any minor spills, you can simply wipe off with water and a light natural soap as every playmat has a TPU waterproofing layer. 

5. What is TPU and is it safe for my baby?

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a type of flexible, durable plastic that is often used as a safer alternative to PVC. It has rubber-like elasticity while being strong, resistant to abrasions, and waterproof. The TPU we use is very safe as it is non-toxic, and BPA-free. 

5. Will my playmat shrink after washing?
Linen naturally experiences slight shrinkage after the first wash. This can be lessened by ironing to steam out the wrinkles. Following our care instructions will help preserve the playmat’s size and softness. You may also experience a slight 'bubble' effect between the linen and recycled polyester base of our Signature Organic Playmat. This is due to polyester being a man made material and therefore not shrinking, unlike the linen. This can also be solved by ironing the linen side.

Sustainability is at the forefront of every decision we make, ensuring we are preserving the planet for our little luxuries. Our playmats are made from responsibly sourced organic linen, dyed with eco-friendly pigments, and packaged using minimal, biodegradable materials.

8. Where are your playmats made?
Our playmats are designed in New Zealand and made with love in China. We partner with ethical manufacturers who uphold fair labour practices and prioritise high-quality craftsmanship. Our linen is sourced responsibly to ensure sustainability at every step.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship within New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and United Kingdom. New Zealand & Australia will receive complimentary shipping, where USA, Canada and United Kingdom have a $50 USD flat rate. 

10. What is your return policy?
