New Zealand: $10 shipping on orders under $120. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders $120 and over.
Australia: $15 shipping on orders under $120. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders $120 and over.
International (ex NZ & AU): $20 shipping on orders under $120. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders $120 and over.
Shipping rates and thresholds are displayed in the applicable market currency.
Order Dispatch:
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.
From time to time, high-demand products may be available on pre-order. The expected dispatch timeframe will always be clearly displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available.
Shipping Time:
New Zealand: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days following dispatch.
Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days following dispatch.
International (ex NZ & AU): Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days following dispatch, depending on your location.
Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In rare cases, additional courier charges may apply for remote delivery locations. Should this occur, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
